Cheat mode:

Use a text editor to edit the "Coalesced.ini" file in the 
"\Program Files\Team JPN\Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked" directory. 
Change the indicated lines in the file to their new values to unlock the 
corresponding cheat function.

(1) Note: There are multiple instances of this line in the file.
(2) Don't go over 9 or you'll crash the game
